TEXAS HISTORY: FACT AND
FICTION
Did you Know March is Texas history month? There isn't a better way to celebrate our rich heritage then with the remarkable Susan Boone sharing her wealth of state history. As a Texas native, Susan enjoys informing other Texans and those new to Texas about the vast and incredible diversity of Texas and Texans. She blends Texas humor with Texas facts to educate audiences about the pride felt by Texans whether it involves Texas history, Texas speech, Texas traits, or Texas traditions.
This is a golden opportunity for you to wear your western shirt, pants, skirts and boots... no extra points for ropes and spurs. Be ready to discover something new about our beloved state. Plan to join NFGP to celebrate Texas History Month with Susan Boone, as she shares her remarkable insight into what makes Texas---well---Texas.
SMU-in-Plano, 5228 Tennyson Parkway. West of Preston Rd., on the SE corner of Tennyson & Democracy.
